From there, you will find the option "Attributes." Click on it and specify the height and width that you prefer. Select "pixels" instead of inches or centimeters. Others can use Photoshop and similar programs.

On the other hand, what will you do when you want to find changed pixels? This can be done through Adobe Photoshop, which is probably the easiest one for the task. Let us say that you have a two layer file. These layers are matching but the top one has been altered. Now, if you want to find changed pixels, what you will have to do is to change the blending mode of the top layer to "Difference." You will notice that the unchanged pixels will appear to be black. Then, you will have to reset the foreground color so that it will turn to black. Got o Color Range and then choose Invert. Make sure that you drag the slider for fuzziness to the left.
